Payment
When you buy the item from us,the money is kept by Ali,when you confirm receipt,the money will be released to us.
Sometimes it will have a delay due to your payment method,so if your money have not arrived yet,we’ll have a delay to ship your parcel to avoid unnecessary loss.
Shipping & Handing
1.Your order will generally be shipped out within 2-5 business day after your payment has been cleared (exclude our weekend and holiday).If it met with our new year,please kindly extend your shipping time.
2.Please confirm thatyour address and phone numberare right.And tell usyour full name (some post office is very strict with it.And some countries like Russian have the regulation).We are not responsible for the results due to the wrong address.
3.For some shipping method like DHL,sometimes kbdiy ship the parcel,but we should wait for the transfer number.So please don’t worry about it.We just wait for the transfer number to fill in.
4.For AliExpress Standard Shipping,in general,it’s fast.But you should left your right phone number or E-mail.If they can’t contact with you,it may affect the delivery.Or you can concern about the messages I send to you on AliExpress.
5.Usually the parcel will be delivered to your nearest post office of you.You have the responsibility to go to the post office to check it.
6.Normally,you can contact us to tell us the tax regulation in your country.But If the parcel is detained by the customs.You have the responsibility to help with the customs clearance and the tax.
7.Some countries have strict custom rules,customers will afford all custom duty or any other handling fee,especially for customers in Canada.
8.Sometimes,you may have a delay to receive your parcel due to holidays,customs,local dispatch efficiency or other reasons.For this situation,please feel free to contact with us to extend your protection time.Don’t open a dispute for this reason because the delivery is totally out of sellers control,it should be post offices’ duty.Thanks for your understanding.
9.Parcel will be mostly shipped by China Post Air Mail(Registered Mail) in 3 business days.It normally takes 10-25 business days to arrive, but in some countries it may be little longer due to holidays or customs, local dispatch efficiency or other reason, so please think over before you select it, If you don’t want to wait so long time, please pay the Express fee or please don’t buy. Usually other couriers only need 3-7 days. Please contact us first if you want to ship by DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex or other couriers.
China post air mail:
To Russian Federation usually takes 30~45 working days
To USA, Canada usually takes 10~18 working days
To Australia, New Zealand, Singapore usually takes 12~20working days
To UK, France, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Japan, Belgium, Denmark, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Sweden usually takes 12~25 working days
To Italy, Brazil usually takes 20~30 working days
Other countries usually takes 15~25 working days.
EMS shipping usually takes 4~7 working days.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes,and buyer are responsible for customs duties.
Warrant & Refund Policy
1.If any part is missing,please contact kbdiy and do not open dispute,We will send the missing pieces to you for free.But we need you give us some time.Because we need some days to get the missing pieces.
2.If you accidentally lost the instructions, you can contact us and tell us your E-mail, we will send high-definition electronic version of the manual to you.
3.Defective product must tell us within 3 days attached with the picture of defective part. Please return it with your own cost within 1 weeks from the time the merchandise is received. We will arrange to exchange a new one for you at once. (you should include all original items undamaged in resaleable condition, thanks).
4.If you need refund, only item’s listing price is refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost incurred shipping products back.
